I’m Elise, the artist behind Mountain Poppy Design Co.

I create art for the wild heart. My love for creating comes from a place of curiosity and exploration of new places, ideas, techniques, & mediums.

I’m an advocate for the pursuit of creativity and finding joy in the little moments, and I hope to inspire others to seek the same.

Born and raised in CO between the Rocky Mtns and the desert, I have an affinity for the adventure and beauty of the American West. I love spending time outdoors however I can; from hiking and camping, to 4-wheeling and bonfires with whiskey & friends.

Mtn Poppy Co. is based on the Western Slope of Colorado. Much of the inspiration behind the original designs comes from exploring the surrounding natural world.
